As always, we are starting the day with morning sunshine. Scattered showers and storms through Friday afternoon. They’ll start off in our coastal areas in the morning and move slowly inland during the afternoon hours. Heavy rainfall, rumbles of thunder, lightning, gusty winds all possible. Heat index will be 100 and above.
Higher rain chances for the weekend as the remnants of TD4 moves onshore. Not expecting it to redevelop or strengthen, it’ll just increase shower chances.
Don’t put those umbrellas away next week as we will still see showers and storms. We could see anywhere between 1-3 inches of additional rainfall through Monday & Tuesday.
Temperatures will be in the upper 80s lower 90s and overnight lows in the mid 70s.
Have a great day!
