The West Village Charette area of Scott is expecting a new development.
Residents met with the developer, Robert Daigle today at city hall to discuss what amenities they would like to see.
The traditional neighborhood development would be located off of Apollo Road. Daigle says you can expect a number of commercial businesses, restaurants and bars including nearly 270 residential homes and 200 apartments to be built within the development.
Daigle is the same developer responsible for River Ranch, Sugar Mill Ponds and Couret Farms.
